- Participated in comprehensive reliability testing for high-voltage battery modules and packs, including vibration, impact, thermal, high-temperature/high-humidity endurance (HTHE), and periodic thermal cycling (PTCE). Analyzed test data for voltage, current, and temperature distribution, and contributed to the development and validation of next-generation Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Developed a Matlab-based vibration data analysis tool, implementing Grms estimation and PSD spectrum visualization for rapid structural resonance identification. Built an internal reliability analysis web platform using React+Flask for real-time data visualization and reporting.
- Independently designed and automated the Drop Rig high-voltage test bench, utilizing Python-Snap7 to interface with Siemens S7-1200 PLC for remote control and CAN communication. Developed a Tkinter-based GUI for intuitive operation, significantly improving test efficiency and safety.
